By utilizing the logistics and freight services of Apex Freight Dynamics, you agree to the following terms.

Freight Liability

All shipments are subject to standard carrier liability limitations unless declared value coverage is specifically requested and approved in writing prior to dispatch. Transit times are estimates based on standard Chicago Metro traffic patterns and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a dedicated service agreement.

Temperature Compliance

While we utilize advanced telemetry to maintain cold-chain integrity, shippers are responsible for ensuring freight is properly packaged and pre-cooled to the required temperature prior to loading onto our LTL fleet.
